So easy to change out the battery! The batteries came with a tiny screwdriver which was SO convenient! We need more books!

I ordered this book on Amazon and bought batteries for it at the same time. When the book stopped working, I realized that Amazon sent me the incorrect batteries. My granddaughter is 18 months old and just loves this book and loves the song. She kept trying to play it and was so disappointed when it didn’t work. It was easy to use the QR code to determine the correct batteries. And thankfully, Amazon gave me a credit for having sent the wrong batteries! Cali made it easy to order the right batteries and they came quickly! Thank you! The video I attached is the video I sent to my daughter to play for my granddaughter - she was so delighted to have her book working again !
Your book sucks. It was given to my son as a Christmas gift. He only got to listen to the songs for about a week before I had to order new batteries. When they arrived, I changed it right away and all the songs worked perfectly. Less than 2 days later and this started happening again. None of the songs will play to the end, if they even play at all. I’m so glad I didn’t pay for this book myself. Garbage!
