Raising bilingual baby made easy with Cali's Books! Baby girl loves it!
This book is amazing! Our toddler is autistic and normally avoids eye contact, but she loves these songs and will watch our faces intently when we're singing along.
Perfect’
I got this for my grandson who is in a Chinese immersion preschool. He's going to be thrilled to have a book using the language he hears at school. It's high quality and arrived on time. It is the second Cali book I've purchased and I couldn't be happier.
After over a year, my original book had a few pages stopped working. I contacted Calli and got a replacement for free. Will buy more in the future.
I purchased a book several months ago but it broke, and when I shared my experience you sent a brand new replacement for my daughter. She absolutely loves it! Really appreciate your great customer service
My daughter smiled at the songs from the Chinese book when she first heard it at 4 months. As a Cantonese-speaking Chinese, I was surprised at how much I like this Mandarin nursey rhythm book. The tune and vocal are soft and the melody easy to the ear, I still sing to her now at 18 months. I recommend it!
We loved this book!
Books were received within days of ordering and were of high quality. The Chinese nursery rhymes book is a gift to be presented to parents for their newborn son. Dad is Chinese and mom is Caucasian so it was important to include gifts of books that celebrate the child’s Chinese ethnicity.
I received a replacement as the first book I received (as a gift) stopped working after 1-2 days. The replacement I received worked fine for the 1st day, however the book would stop singing half way thru the song if the book was opened up anymore than 120 degrees. The quality of the books is all that great. Customer service is nice, but you're still required to pay for S&H.
I would have given it full 5 stars, had it not been for the fact that one song doesn't fully play (missing one line). I am assuming this is the first generation of books so may not be as new and fully functioning as the current/newest generation of rechargeable books.

Great gift! Got this for a friend who recently had a baby.
We love these books. We own all the Spanish nursery rhymes and one in Chinese. It’s helpful for our son to hear other languages and other cultures melodic structures. And the recordings are beautifully done!
This is the second time we've purchased this book - the first time, a couple of the pages stopped working after about 2 weeks of pretty minimal usage. Battery change didn't fix it, thankfully Cali's has a 1 year warranty, however you have to pay for shipping, unless you purchase enough to qualify for free shipping again. I really like these Chinese lullabies - they're familiar, they're clear, good illustrations, easy to push, entertains the little tot. The only wish I have is I wish they had a volume button - a normal mode and a loud mode. The current volume setting is very, very loud, and I've had to cover the back of the book (where the speaker is) at times to minimize it. All in all though, great idea, especially with the lack of Chinese books out there in the marketplace.

From the moment this book arrived it did not work. Customer service is terrible and you are stuck with a book that does not work and they do not respond to your emails and text to fix the issues. Do not buy it’s a waste of money

Perhaps our replies found their way to your spam folder? We wrote you suggesting you try turning the book on. There is a small on off switch on the book that can sometimes be overlooked. Furthermore, if that doesn't fix your issue we would be happy to send you a replacement book as all our books come with a full one year warranty. I purchased three language books and this one did not work as soon as I received it. I email, called and text them and didn’t get a response. Would not recommend buying these books since they do not work

It's hands down my baby's favorite book. He smiles really big as soon as the music starts. And I'm really grateful that our book had some issue and the customer service replaced it for me! I sincerely recommend it!

My son enjoys singing along to the songs! We are raising him bilingual (Spanish and English), but we have purchased Cali's Books Jewish, French and Chinese to expose him to different languages.
