I sent an email yesterday Saturday 6/14/, I received a book Twinkle little star is not working.
Thank you for resending the book (original arrived damaged). I’m disappointed that the Twinkle Twinkle Little Star song is at such a high speed. A lot of berceuses are douce and slow which makes for a good way to wind down and fall asleep. This recording actually has the opposite effect.
Our little granddaughter loves it?
My daughter absolutely loves these books, and so do her older brothers! She loves to press the buttons and dance to the music. However, we have 2 books that don't exactly work. One book plays the last 3 songs of the book. One book will start playing the songs and then stop in the middle. But she still loves them.

Not a big fan of this book. We love the reggae and the weather book but the song voice on this one isn’t as good as the others and the pitch is off. We were first sent a defective book and they were so kind and replaced it very quickly! That, I was so appreciative of! Customer service is very great!

The first book I received was not working so I contacted customer service who replaced the book. The 2nd book also did not work, so they sent me a 3rd book. I love the third book. It works perfectly. Customer Service took the time to answer every email I had in a very prompt way and was very helpful to me every step of the way to make sure I received a working book. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their quality merchandise and for their OUTSTANDING customer service. By the way, my toddler LOVES the book.
It doesn't work. This was supposed to be a replacement for a book I ordered previously that didn't work. They assured me they would test it and make sure this one worked. It does not work. I charged it until the light turned green and turned it on but none of the pages work. I was really hoping the first one was a fluke but obviously not. Will not buy again.

I bought the book for my granddaughter. She loves the songs and that she does something and music happens… she is 18 months old. This is her fourth book and she loves them all.
This is the third Twinkle Twinkle Book I have received that doesn’t work. It is so disappointing that I have to go through the process of getting another book,, paying 5.00 delivery fee for a book that doesn’t work. Clearly, this particular batch of books needs to be checked before sending to customers.

im so disappointed. this is my 3rd twinkle twinkle little star book that doesnt work properly! Only 2 pages work and most of the time they stop early. love the books and concept but there are some serious manufacturing issues that need to be ironed out.

Had an issue with one of the books I ordered and it took a while for customer service to respond, so I had originally left a negative comment. However, they have since responded and made it right. I do really love these books for my 6-month old.
